Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel

Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel Story :-

The next movie about Venom, which doesn't have a title yet, is in the works. It's a superhero film from the United States with the character Venom from Marvel Comics. Columbia Pictures is making it, and Sony Pictures will release it. This movie is part of the Spider-Man Universe created by Sony and is the follow-up to the movies Venom (2018) and Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021).

A person named Kelly Marcel is doing a lot for this movie. She's writing it, helping produce it, and directing it. This is her first time directing. She came up with the story along with Tom Hardy, who is also the main actor. Tom Hardy plays Eddie Brock and voices Venom. He's also helping produce the movie.

Tom Hardy shared in August 2018 that he would be in a third Venom movie. They started working on it in December 2021, right after the second movie came out. By June 2022, Kelly Marcel and Tom Hardy were already writing the script. In October of the same year, Kelly Marcel was chosen to be the director. They began filming in Spain in late June 2023, but had to stop in July because of a strike. After the strike ends in November, they plan to finish filming in London.

You can catch this movie in the United States on November 8, 2024.

Cast Of Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel :-

Tom Hardy plays Eddie Brock in the movie. Eddie is not just an investigative journalist, but he's also connected to an alien symbiote. This weird alien thing gives him super-human powers and turns him into a not-so-friendly alter-ego called Venom.

Guess what? Juno Temple and Chiwetel Ejiofor are also part of the movie! But, shh, we don't know exactly what they're up to yet. Juno Temple's character is a big deal though, she's a lead character in the story. So, it's a bit of a mystery, and we'll have to wait to find out more about their roles in the movie!

Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel Development :-

  • Back in August 2018, Tom Hardy spilled the beans that he's up for not just one, but three Venom movies. Fast forward to September 2021, he mentioned that the folks behind the scenes are not only thinking about expanding Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU) in upcoming films but also eyeing a crossover with the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) even more.
  • Andy Serkis, the director of Venom: Let There Be Carnage (2021), is all in for another round of directing Venom. He believes there's a whole bunch of untapped potential with Venom, especially before he meets Spider-Man in a future movie. There's talk about digging deeper into the mysteries of the Ravencroft Institute and bringing in some more bad guys held up in there.
  • In October, Tom Holland, our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man from the MCU, hinted that he and producer Amy Pascal were talking about him swinging into future Venom sequels. This chat happened after he made a quick appearance in Let There Be Carnage through footage from the MCU flick Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). Come December, Pascal spilled the beans that they're in the early stages of planning Venom 3. Exciting stuff!

Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel Filming :-

Lights, camera, action! Filming for the movie kicked off on June 26, 2023, at Los Mateos in Cartagena, Spain, and also in the beautiful Calblanque Regional Park. Fabian Wagner, who had a hand in the cinematography of Let There Be Carnage, is taking charge of the camera work this time.

But, whoops! The 2023 SAG-AFTRA strike hit in mid-July 2023, hitting the pause button on filming. Initially, the plan was to release the film on July 12, 2024, but plans changed. After the actors' strike settled down, they decided to push the release date to November 8, 2024. Interestingly, Sony had already marked that date for a mysterious Marvel film.

Now, get ready for more scenes from London, as filming is all set to continue there too! It's like a big, suspenseful movie-making adventure.

Release Date Of Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel :-

Mark your calendars for November 8, 2024, because that's when the movie hits the screens in the United States. But hey, there's a little twist to the tale. Originally, they aimed for an October 2024 release and even set their sights on July 12, 2024. Plans change, right?

Now, here's an interesting backstage fact: Back in April 2021, Sony shook hands with Netflix and Disney. They made a deal for the rights to show their movies from 2022 to 2026. After the movies do their thing in theaters and home media, they're off to Netflix and Disney. Netflix got the exclusive first streaming rights (they call it "pay 1 window") for around 18 months, covering not just this film but also the future Venom movies after Let There Be Carnage. On the other side, Disney snagged the "pay 2 window" rights. That means you can catch these films on Disney+ and Hulu, plus they might pop up on Disney's regular TV channels. It's like they've got the VIP pass to your screen.
